A word from the artistic director

This is a critical day, a red-letter day.

It all began with simple components, almost trivial elements that became increasingly significant: rocks, paper, pieces of wood, our voice, the movements of our body, a few words collected here and there in our minds or our favourite books. Then, the theme of solidarity emerged like a key leitmotiv to be shared. Inspired artists came together to create a whole world from these little stones and pieces of paper and wood. It really is something!

Pierres blanches tackles a serious topic. It is full of promise while being serious and entertaining. We hope that youngsters 9 to 12 years old will enjoy this production, strung together with music, dance and theatre like a story of solidarity and hope.
